Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with both internal and external parties
  • Provide full support to the manager and the team
  • Meet set goals of various business activities
  • Handle the general enquiries regarding the contract, quotation and policies
  • Deliver the high quality service with efficiency
  • Review and verify data on the applications and policies
  • Negotiate for the best terms
  • Notify insurance agents of the policy changes
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Insurance industry (GI is preferred)
  • IIQE or relevant qualifications
  • Speak fluent English and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills, fast-paced, detail-minded and flexible
  • Proficient in MS office application
