Our client, a well-established insurance company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

 

Job Duties: 

  • To create and maintain all customer records, process policy administration issues accurately
  • To ensure the department can achieve all targets for quality, productivity and compliance
  • Monitor and ensure all cases are assessed and evaluated against the terms of the policy 
  • Handle distributions enquiries with quality manner,
  • keep track of work volume and report if any irregularities.
  • Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in policy administration in life insurance areas
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills are required on achieving results and successful outcomes
  • High levels of integrity and trust
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
