Salary: $438 per hour (Contract Period: 1 year) (Working time less than 18 hours per week, and the actual working hours depend on job requirement)

Duties: (a) To perform tasks related to the development and implementation of a new computer application system; (b) To plan and coordinate the testing of the new computer application system to ascertain that the specifications and design of the system fulfill the expected requirements and objectives before implementation; (c) To monitor the progress of the whole development process of the new computer application system; (d) To prepare documentations and reports for the development and implementation of the new computer application system and conduct training and briefing sessions on the system; (e) To handle enquiries from users about the operation of the new computer application system; and (f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements: (a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; (b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; (c) At least 7 years’ post bachelor’s degree education-related working experience of which at least 3 years’ experience relating to computer application system development; (d) Proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese; (e) Familiar with Hong Kong education systems, current educational policies and practices in salary assessment in public sector schools; and (f) Strong analytical skills; good inter-personal and communication skills; pleasant, committed and able to work independently as well as in a team and under instructions.

Remarks for Post (2) : For general awareness, a locally-accredited Hong Kong bachelor’s degree is at Level 5 under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF). While there are other qualifications under HKQF Level 5, for the purpose of this recruitment exercise, only bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
