We are a fast growing PR consultancy specializing in providing integrated communications and event solutions for clients. Our client portfolio is mainly from the property, retail, government and NGOs. To cope with our expansion, we offer the following opportunities for those calibers with a passion for PR. Responsibilities.

Support team leader for all aspects of public relations activities & event management, assist in press materials draft, on-site support for PR activities, and maintain contacts with mass media.

Work closely with media, vendors and internal units to ensure the smooth implementation of PR activities with good media coverage and handle reporting.

Administrative support for news monitoring, market research and report compilation.

Handle client and media inquiries.

Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Maintain event, customer profiles & PR materials in order to garner marketing cooperation, media support and bring in events.

Requirement

  • 1-2 years PR consultancy experience
  • University graduate in communications or languages or related disciplines
  • Experience in event planning, client servicing, and media engagement
  • Knowledge of media practice and network, knowledge of PR in social media an advantage
  • Knowledge of event organization and marketing consultancy
  • Familiarity with Agency environment an advantage
  • Excellent Chinese and English writing and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
  • Journalistic background an advantage
