Job Responsibilities: 

  • Response for the technical support of pre-sales of company’s production;
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals;
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals;
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements;
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements;
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests;
  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team;
  • Manage and prepare the demo environment for sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent;
  • Previous experience working within a pre sales position;
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills;
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills;
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin;
  • Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or working experience in Hospitality would be an advantage
