Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales team on the proposals and demo environment preparation;
  • Analyze business cases and collect customer requirements to support sales team proposals;
  • Present product demo for proposals together with sales team;
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of company’s product fulfilling customer requirements
  • Follow up on customer requests for proposal and post-production requests;


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent;
  • Previous experience working within a pre sales position is preferred;
  • Translate the technical information into layman terms to non-technical staff;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills;
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills;
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin;
  • Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems and/or Hospitality systems would be an advantage
