People we are looking for

  • Degree holder in Business, IT or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience on sales / pre-sales especially in ERP/CRM/Business Solution is advantageous.
  • Ability to sell business solutions and ideas to executive level customer and end-user.
  • Ability to sell technical solutions and ideas to technical customer.
  • Strong selling, consulting, and negotiation skills.
  • At least 3 years solid and hands-on project experience in programming, requirement analysis, integration and solution design.
  • Technical experience and knowledge should include: Webbased and SOA solutions, HTML/JavaScript/AJAX/.NET/C#/Java/RDBMS/SQL; OR
  • Technical experience and knowledge on ERP systems
  • Ambitious working attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Project Management experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and under pressure
  • Ability to manage and guide junior technical staff to complete technical tasks.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with ability to speak Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates should NOT apply for this position.

  • Provide professional product and project advices to existing and potential customers.
  • Understand technical and business requirements from customers.
  • Design, develop and present to customers technical system and business solutions.
  • Provide solution expertise in sales presentations, product and solution demonstrations.
  • Participate and support in entire sales cycles
  • Monitor and facilitate communication during project implementation to ensure project scope and object is accurately achieved.
