Key Responsibilities

  • Performing general transactions and responding to requests from customers
  • Handling enquiries and complaints regarding to all service provided by bank
  • Delivering excellent customer service via inbound calls
  • Ad hoc duties

 

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above with at least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Financial industry or call centre experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken Mandarin and English ability is a must
