Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints in a professional manner
  • Perform outbound calls to provide premium after sales services
  • Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer's request
  • Continuously update customers details, ensure database integrity
  • Assist to handle client appointments

 

Requirements:

 

  • F.5/DSE or above with at least 1 year experience gained in call center environment
  • Experience in complaints handling is highly preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Outgoing, professional attitude, cheerful with good problem-solving skills.
