Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the HIV prevention project targeting ethnic minorities with risk of HIV infections in Hong Kong;
  2. Networking with other EM organizations for collaboration and community understanding;
  3. Provide Voluntary Counselling and Testing to the community in the Centre or mobile venues;
  4. Provide training, workshop and testing service for the EM organizations;
  5. Develop peer programmes in the EM community;
  6. Management of part-time outreach workers (Both physical & internet) for the EM programme;
  7. Proposal and report writing to the possible funding organization;
  8. Intra-team collaboration to address the need of the EM groups in HIV prevention;
  9. Assist the Assistant Programme Manager in management and operation of EM programmes, and to set future EM directions across the agency;  

We are seeking candidates who are/have

  • University graduate in Public Health, Social Science, Social Work or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years solid work experience in NGO setting;
  • Knowledge in STI/ HIV issues , and EM community preferred;  
  • Fluent spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage;
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media recommended;  
  • Must be a good team player, with good communication and presentation skills;
  • Pro-active, well organized and good time management
  • Self-motivated with genuine interest in developing long term career with NGO;
  • Sometimes need to work in weekends according to project need;
