The Job:

  • Assisting the Merchandising Team on sourcing and procurment activities, products range from personal care, home appliance, food items, sundries, etc
  • Provide administrative support in preparing quotation, product specification, sample, purchase order and tenders submission
  • Assist in monitoring the schedule of control sample submission and the delivery of mock up orders on time
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Person:

  • HKCEE or DSE holder with 3 years of administration work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
