Our client, a Hong Kong's cultural authority is seeking to hire a contract Procurement Assistant at Human Resources and Administration Department to support its operations.

  • Maintaining lists of potential suppliers and contracts for general goods / services;
  • Assisting in preparation and filing of all spectrum of documents for quotation and tendering exercises; and
  • Providing support in consolidation of procurement reports and collection of RFQ/tenders storage.


  • Possess a recognised university degree or equivalent preferably in purchasing and supply management, business management or a related discipline;
  • Have at least 1 year relevant experience in procurement or business administration in sizable organisation; and
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
