    The FTE role is dedicated in the area of indirect procurement from which the position will manage projects with high spend, high risks and business critical services.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Manager


  • Lead and support projects in the Non-IT discipline in the initial phase and expand to have oversight to the IT category as next phase. Non-IT scope covers primarily the following key areas:

  • Travel,
  • Marketing and Communication services,
  • Corporate Real Estate,
  • Professional Service (incl. BPO, HR, Legal and Consulting),
  • Document Management,


    • Proactively understand, collect and demand manage business needs so that this can be translate this into category strategies and priorities for delivery and implementation
    • Lead all projects within selective categories (Example: IT and Professional Service etc.) to deliver end-to-end support to business stakeholders in the pre-engagement phase
    • Provide support in reviewing legal documents and negotiate any business and non-business terms and conditions to provide advise to stakeholders project sign-off
    • Explore opportunities process automation to bring efficiency.


  • University graduate with minimum 8+ years experience in Procurement (hands-on sourcing with strategic thinking and contract management experience), preferably in MNC or insurance or telco company
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in both English and Cantonese, including sound experience in working with C+ level executives/management,
  • Good time management skills, proactive and with a "can do" spirit
  • Sound understanding of legal requirements for tendering, contract management,
  • Excellent negotiation experience and skills
