Client Details

Our client is a listed automotive company and operate in over 30 countries across the globe. In order to facilitate their business expansion and sustain multiple projects in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking to hire a Procurement Manager to join their team.

Description

System implementation

  • Perform analysis and data cleansing across each ERP instance, which includes vendors, payment terms, and tax codes

  • Engage and educate internal stakeholders to validate data sets

  • Perform any data migration required and manage cutover

Indirect procurement

  • Evaluate sourcing strategy and streamline internal purchase process

  • Monitor suppliers' key performance indicator (cost, quality & fulfilment rate)

  • Review policies and Identify cost savings opportunities and initiatives

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferred

  • At least 5 years working experience of indirect procurement and ERP implementation

  • Experience in formulating procurement strategy to support organization's value proposition.

  • Able to take up personal responsibility and maintain positive working attitude

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
