Our client is one of the leading property developer. In order to facilitate their business expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a Procurement Officer to join their team.

Description

  • Formulate procurement policy and strategies to close deals with optimal terms

  • Handle purchase order processing, order monitoring, and ensure continuity of supply

  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for tendering arrangement, and feedback on suppliers

  • Monitor suppliers' key performance indicator (cost, quality & fulfilment rate)

  • Take up ad-hoc projects/initiatives as assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Procurement and Project Management or other related discipline is preferred

  • At least 2 years procurement working experience, preferable in sizeable organization

  • Able to take up personal responsibility and maintain positive working attitude

  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
