  • Headquarters : Hong Kong 
  • Dongguan factory : 3000 workers
  • We are looking for PROCUREMENT QUALITY MANAGER – with details as follows : 
  • Lead the supplier quality department in Procurement function to support the multi-national customers of mechanical and electronic products in telecommunication and industrial markets. 
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal customers and external parties, suppliers and factories. 
  • Ensuring established procurement processes and strategies are implemented effectively for a variety of commodities and components. 
  • Responsible for KPI analysis and drive for continuous improvement and increase efficiency. Lead, motivate and supervise subordinates for quality work. 
  • Manage the daily operation to meet the customer quality requirements and the plant objectives (e.g. IQC performance, MRB settlement, supplier quality performance, efficiency, etc.) 
  • Monitoring suppliers' performance and evaluate the reliability of the suppliers, products quality and on-time delivery. 
  • Oversee the teams of supplier quality, suppliers audit and training, quality system management, process quality control. 
  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder or above preferably in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in purchasing or sourcing electronic and mechanical parts with minimum 3 years in supervisory role.  
  • Solid experience in EMS industry, telecom, medical and industrial market is a must. 
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin 
  • Strong leadership ability, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent data and reporting skills. 
  • Work based in Dongguan factory with occasional trip to HK office
  • 5 days work  
  • Annual leave : 14 days

  • Company shuttle bus provided daily between LoWu and Dongguan factory
