Job Responsibilities

  • Determine customers' needs and desires by understanding their operation and technical environments
  • Express, draft and discuss high level solution for customers
  • Liaise with Project Management and Development team during detail solution design and share client knowledge
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
  • Appraise new product ideas and changes
  • Deploy and configuration of application server and client
  • Handle and prepare product documentations, such as User Manual, Product PowerPoint, etc.
  • Maintain system operation and configuration documents
  • Conduct technical training to Sales, Support and Customer Service team 

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Working experience in Hotels / Clubs and Restaurant Groups IT is preferred
  • Data sensitive, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with hospitality management degree and relevant experience will also be considered
  • This position requires travel to regional offices in Mainland China and Asia Pacific Regions
