Our client, a medical insurance multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for our range of insurance solutions for the IPMI market (International Private Medical Insurance) with a particular focus on Asia Pacific
  • Help design and manage new and existing insurance products throughout the Asia region. Working closely with the sales, pricing and marketing teams to produce policy documents and forms for clients, brokers and regulators, as well as analysing product trends and developments in relevant markets
  • Joining the existing teams responsible for new and existing products and becoming a key contributor to benefit and wording evolution with the goal of maintaining our products’ leading market position 
  • Ensuring a strong understanding of the cover, segment, and purpose of the range of products among internal stakeholders
  • Identifying improvements in proposal tools and ensuring accurate quote processes (B2B and B2C) across the business line
  • Enabling a seamless and efficient workflow from enquiry to policy issuance
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • 5 years or above experience in the Insurance Industry or other financial product development roles
  • Experience in medical insurance would be preferable, other insurance fields would also consider
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance legislation, regulations and compliance will be an advantage
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferable
