~ High Diploma in Product Design or related disciplines
~ Relevant working experience is an advantage but not essential
~ good sketching skill & good technique in usinjg SolidWorks, Illustrator, Photoshop
~ have good sense of creativity for design and to be a good team player
~ fluency in English & Putonghua is an advantage
Job Description:
~ based on the requirements (functionality, material, etc.) of a design project to produce a preliminary design concept
~ collaborate with engineers to produce a series of preliminary sketches and collection of drawings
~ communicate with customers on design issues and come up to a final design
~ create detailed designs using design software
~ coordinate with engineers for rapid prototyping of design
~ present final design and attend meetings with customers
~ follow up on the design process till final design stage is reached
~ follow up on production problems related to design as reflected by merchandisers
