Responsibilities:

  • Formulate SME strategies for the growth of deposit and loan with revenue
  • Formulate, develop and improve SME products and services in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency
  • Manage and formulate a business initiative for SME
  • Monitor the overall business performance and make recommendations for improvement to meet the assigned objectives
  • Conduct SME market intelligence and analyze customer’s behavior to facilitate the formulation of business plans and maintain the competitiveness in the market
  • Promote SME business, strive for market share and achieve business target with profitability
  • Prepare regular reports with regards to SME for Management
  • Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth project implementation process
  • Analysis and manage regular MIS for formulating plan and presentation preparation
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in banking industry, preferably relevant experience in SME Product
  • Good knowledge on SME products/services and related regulatory requirements
  • Good Interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Independent, attentive to details, customer-oriented, positive and proactive working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
