Responsibilities

  • Leading and driving the brand and marketing strategy to escalate brand awareness
  • Plan, develop and implement ATL, BTL and marketing strategies and initiatives to drive the brand awareness
  • Implement new product launches, in-store promotions, joint promotions, PR & media events
  • Monitor and review promotion and marketing events effectiveness
  • Managing product lines portfolio , including stock level control, revenue forecasting with sales management as well as yearly overall pricing review
  • Monitoring market trend in existing and potential segments, develop and evaluate effective marketing programs and make recommendations for future programs to expand sales and profitability.
  • Consolidate and analyze data on product segment and category
  • Key account management

 

Requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • 5 years or above marketing and brand management experience in FMCG
  • Strong project management skill, analytical skill and problem solving skill
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Familiar with retail dynamics, market trends and consumer behaviors
  • Assistant Product Manager will be considered if less experience


Salary: Negotiable
