Responsibilities:

  • Provide SaaS solution design according to customer needs and provide daily SaaS service support
  • Deploy enterprise Information SaaS product on public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud for A-end and B-end customers.
  • Manage SaaS product on different clouds
  • Plan, design, develop and test enterprise information SaaS product and make efficient technical process
  • Research the SaaS products evolution and SaaS service support methods
  • Manage and provide regular progress update during the SaaS service support project lifecycle for A-end and B-end customers
  • Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage
  • Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly
  • Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • SaaS service and technical support experiences are preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Deeply understand the business model of cloud SaaS products. Familiar with the supporting links of SaaS design, sales and delivery
  • Ability of SaaS product design and SaaS product plan for systematic cloud services.
  • Ability of SaaS product development on cloud with ASP, PHP, Java, .NET etc ,familiar with SaaS research and development process
  • Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
