Responsibilities:

  • To be the co-owner (together with the counter-parts in Sales) of the Company’s business in Professional and Life-Cycle Services and achieve annual revenue, profitability and KPI targets;
  • To productize and refine key service solutions in the Company’s service catalog to enhance differentiation, facilitate and shorten sales cycles and deliver the best Customer Experience;
  • To team-work with internal counter-parts to standardize and automate workflows and processes for better service delivery and billing efficiencies, and for higher scalability and profitability;
  • To design and execute go-to-market programs to promote and grow the service business;
  • To design and develop sales collaterals to articulate the Company’s value proposition, solution and service benefits, and key differentiation to the relevant markets;
  • To research and analyse market changes, to specify, design and develop new competitive service solutions for incremental business opportunities and growth;
  • To ally with relevant vendors, service providers and business partners to stimulate opportunities and expand the addressable market(s).

 

Requirements:

  • A university graduate from ICT, Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • 8-year successful experience in product management, sales and/or consultancy roles in ICT / Telecom industries;
  • Passionate to learn and pursue in the fast-growing managed digital, cloud and cybersecurity service business;
  • Ability to derive business logics, structured workflows and automated processes to turn new service cases/concepts into scalable and sustainable business models and service products;
  • Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL certification will be an advantage;
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Good team-work player is a MUST.
