Responsible for leading & managing the production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance and overseeing the general operation of the department of a factory with over 3,000 staff.
- Diploma or above in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 7 years experience at managerial level in manufacturing industry
- Good at manufacturing technique of electrical household appliances
- With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Aggressive, self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager (Qingyuan Stationed)
