  • Execute the process of production follow up after receiving the confirmed global order book and seasonal hand-off from U.K Sourcing and Product Development
  • Ensure suppliers understand and follow strictly the production processes, standards and requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure product specifications, quality standards and deadlines are met
  • Perform daily tracking of goods on order, work-in-progress status to make sure timely delivery following the TNA discipline (Time & Action calendar)
  • Monitor the production schedule with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Update the WIP (work-in-process) report internally
  • Prepare QC file for bulk inspection
  • Handle documents related to production management
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management


  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising Men and Women’s Woven Top and Bottom
  • Good products knowledge of garment, fabrics, and trims for selling to market in Europe, Asia and the Greater China regions
  • Passionate about luxury and high-end products
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
