Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for application programming design and delivery for new implementations and existing systems
  • Maintain good relationships with business and operations stakeholders
  • Manage user requirement collection, application programming, testing and production deployment
  • Manage project development cycle
  • Work with external vendors
  • Provide user support for production systems
  • Actively communicate progress to manager and key stakeholders
  • Actively manage risk and issue
  • Assist in control of quality, resources and time

 Qualifications and Required Attributes:

  • Over 2 years hands-on experience in application development using Java, PHP, MS SQL and Oracle Database
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Programmer
  • Experience in data migration, test scripts preparation, testing execution and defect management
  • Recognized degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Advantages with experience in:
    • PeopleSoft programming
    • Mobile Apps development
    • Digital content management system and programming
    • ETL tools
    • CRM tools, for example, Salesforce and MS CRM
  • Reporting solutions like SSRS, Hyperion, Crystal report and etc.
  • Experience in supporting parallel projects in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment gained from multinational corporations
  • Willing to put extra effort to deliver quality results according to tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to be contacted and engaged to work in non-office hours, if necessary
