Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, coordinate with project manager and site coordination, purchasing team; and follow-up procedure
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal parties to ensure the work progress been completed on time
  • Provide weekly and monthly project reports and summary
  • Assist to fill out tender documents
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filing system
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or solid experience in Business Administration/ Building Studies/ Language/ Translation or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience, especially in construction industry preferred
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Excellent skills in MS Office application such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and with good communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand CAD drawings will be of advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
