M Moser Associates is committed to design excellence and the delivery of corporate offices, campuses, R&D labs and other workplace facilities globally. Our team of 800+ architects, designers, engineers, planners and construction professionals work globally from 15 locations.

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator for our project team in Hong Kong office. The successful applicant for this position will:

  • Work closely within the project team and provide support in all area, mainly for accounting and administration
  • Assist in updating income forecast information, account receivable and account payable and preparing cost reports
  • Assist in document preparations such as quotations, invoice, purchase orders etc.

To meet these challenges, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Form 7 / HKDSE or above
  • Solid knowledge of book keeping is a must
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • At least one year of experience in teamwork coordination
  • Experience of working in construction, Interior design or other relevant field preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skill
