Our clienti is a one-stop provider of interior design solutions and the majority of our clients are global luxury goods and high-end fashion brands with retail stores across the world. According to Frost & Sullivan, they are the largest Hong Kong-based luxury retail interior designer in terms of revenue in 2015.

Listed Company in Hong Kong,  located at Quarry Bay.

Own furniture manufacturing in PRC.

They serve a global client base with footprints in various parts of the world including Hong Kong, China, the United States, Europe, Middle East and other Asian countries.

 

Work at Quarry Bay,  5 days work, 12 days AL, double Pay, bonus, medical

 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise & co-ordinate with different teams / clients for project follow up.
  • Coordinate with Project team and Procurement team on arranging site matters, materials ordering, booking of all site activities.
  • Prepare and follow up submission of documentations.
  • Handle any ad-hoc job tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time.
  • Ability to schedule and plan material deliveries to sites.
  • Responsible for administrative support for our project team
  • Maintain and file site documents

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Preferably with 2 years working experience in Interior industry is preferred,
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Proficient PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
