This is a great opportunity to join one of the oldest and most established companies in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Project Analyst to join the PMO team. Candidates must have some PMO and project support experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is a must.

Client Details

Our client is one of the Hong Kong's oldest institutions and non-profit organisation. As one of the largest charities, it has contributed over 10% of Hong Kong's tax revenue over the past few years. The organisation is also one of the largest employers locally, totalling 23,000 full time and part time staff.

With the revamp on their internal systems, they are looking for a Project Analyst with good communication skills to assist in the PMO team.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Financial budgeting for project teams
  • Maintaining inventory lists
  • Administrative support for Project Managers/PMOs
  • Coordinate training for all project teams
  • Organise meetings for vendors and project team

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Economics or any related degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting projects/programmes
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Sensitivity to numbers and analytic skills is a must
