Job Overview

The ProjectAssistant isexpected to assist the more senior team members in a project; his/her jobs include checking database, printing travel handbook, banners, etc (liaising with designer and printing house), sourcing souvenirs, and “mail-merging", etc.

He/she is expected to learn, on the job, the needs of different type of corporate clients in their incentive conferences and trips, basic air ticket knowledge, hotel brands, different destinations, attractions and gala dinner production.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Check and manage database of clients (10-200PAX)
  • Liaise with designers and printing houses in relation to printing travel booklets, banners, menus, etc.
  • Source souvenirs of each destination.
  • Send mass emails or producing mass documents by “mail-merging".
  • Make simple booking of hotel, air ticket and restaurants, etc.
  • Assist the team in general

Requirements

  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Post-secondary / Degree graduate.
  • Working experience is welcomed but not required.
  • Strongcommunication skills (both orally and in writing)in English and Cantonese, additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese and other languagesisa plus.
  • Experience in using airline reservation system (Sabre) and XML PowerSuite System is a plus, but not necessary.
