Job Posting Details


Reporting to the Director of SKL, the appointee will assist in co-ordination and arrangement of seminars, webinars, promotional events and visits to the laboratory; monitoring budget and performing administration work of SKL; working with laboratory staff and students; maintenance of the SKL’s website and databases and any other duties as assigned.


Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with some working experience. Fluency in Putonghua and spoken English, good communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation skills are required.  The appointee should be proficient in MS excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing.  Knowledge of website maintenance and photo editing is highly desirable.  The ideal candidate should be a team player and be able to work independently and under pressure.  Associate degree holders are also welcome to apply.  (Duration: 1 year, renewable)


Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
