Project Co-ordinator II (CUHK Business School) (Ref. 160001XU) (closing date: October 25, 2016)
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 4 years’ post-qualification administrative experience in tertiary institutions or related fields; (iii) a good command of both English and Chinese, including a working knowledge of Putonghua; (iv) proficiency in computer applications; (v) strong communication and interpersonal skills; (vi) strong organisational and problem-solving skills; (vii) the ability to handle multi-task and work independently as well as in a team and under pressure; and (viii) high self-motivation with the ability to deal sensitively and empathetically with individuals of different cultures and background. This position will play an important role in working with a dynamic team leading to the rapid development of the MBA Programmes. Duties include (a) administering academic and student matters; (b) performing general administrative tasks, which include answering enquiries, preparing correspondence, processing fee payments, maintaining records and logistic arrangements; (c) providing support in student-related activities, orientation and programme events; and (d) performing any other tasks as assigned. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
