You will be responsible for:

 

  • Preparation and management of all necessary contract administration activities for the project during the executive phase
  • Maintain and capture all correspondence, MOM'e etc. and preapre the necessary reports and KPI's
  • Prepare and organise records, correspondences, emails, letters, documents etc. into a format that can be easily referred for future claim procedure.
  • Monitor and work with the Project Director, Project Manager, Contract Manager, Project Administrator to ensure traceability of all records
  • Support and prepare change order notifications and reports
  • Provide administrative support for insurance claims, disputes or arbitrations if required
  • Maintain safely and file documents, letters, and other forms of communication in accordance with ALSTOM / Project Docuement retention policy

 

 

 

You are expected to have these credentials:

 

  • University Degree in Business Administrative/ Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-3 years in s similar contract Administrative role with a large construstion or engineering company desirable in the Railway business
  • Experience working in a large multi-national company
  • Knowledge of project IT systems
  • Good communication in English as well as native language
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analyst skills
  • 6 months contract employed under ALSTOM's subcontractor
