Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support for project team
  • Assist in project planning, implementation and progress monitoring
  • Support in preparation of reports and presentation materials
  • Attend project meeting and prepare minutes of meeting

Qualifications and Experiences required:

  • Higher Diploma in Project Management, Building Surveying, Building Studies, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
  • Proficiency in computer application, e.g. MS Office and MS Project
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
