POSITION SUMMARY:

The main responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to plan, direct and coordinate all tactical activates of Melco Creative projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and scope. Ensure all artwork and copies are produced correctly, timely and consistently with the corporate direction and branding guidelines. He/ She will also provide administrative support to the team.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Art Directors, Copywriters, different Brand Managers as well as other relevant business units to provide creative artwork for advertising (including advertisements, pamphlets, merchandise and other communication mediums as required)
  • Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details. The candidate will be expected to take a project from initial concept through to print ready artwork, ensuring all work created is brand compliant
  • Manage assigned projects and ensure successful project completion against deadlines.
  • Working within the Melco Creative team, the candidate will assist in monitoring production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.
  • Ensure all artwork developed and produced is accurate and consistent with the Melco corporate direction
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers where necessary
  • Adhere to all departmental and company wide policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Preferred 1-2 years of project management
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Good experience of branding and brand development

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skill
  • Flexible in working hours, as this may require extra hours/out of normal work hours
  • Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
