About our Client:

Our client is a private Foundation supporting climate mitigation projects worldwide. They are looking for a self-motivated and high-calibre Administrator to take on a varied role including general admin duties, compliance filings, translation work (English/Chinese), and liaison with lawyers, auditors and company secretaries.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with auditors and company secretarial service providers and work with its partner social enterprises and NGOs to ensure they maintain statutory records and submit all compliance filings properly and on time
  • Liaise with lawyers on all contractual and legal matters
  • Oversee the keeping of proper accounts for all associated entities
  • Provide admin support to multiple projects and entities
  • Provide simple translation services (English/Chinese) if and when necessary
  • Occasional travel with team to mainland China if and when necessary

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Command of Putonghua a definite advantage.
  • Ability to read legal documents and adapt legal templates for various purposes
  • Excellent IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and basic knowledge of Photoshop
  • Previous experience in Accounting, Company Secretary or Paralegal work
  • Highly organised, efficient and resourceful
  • Ability to work to a high standard
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with minimal supervision
  • A "can do" attitude
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to work to tight deadlines and overtime if and when necessary
  • An interest in working for the environment
