Your new role:

  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Prepare marketing research and data for the team
  • Assist and provide support to team manager
  • Coordinate sales projects internally and externally
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as quotation and agreements
  • Assist in project follow-up in order to make sure projects are on track
  • Assist in building and expanding the relationship with key business partners
  • Liaise with new and existing customers via phone calls and emails

 

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines;
  • Passionate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • High accuracy in English business email writing is required
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized and willing to learn
  • Responsible and able to work proactively
