- Client: 1) Building Contractors, 2) Fit-Out Contractors, 3) Building Material Supplier
- Position: Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Coordinator
- Projects: New building works, facade renovation, A&A works, building maintenance, Fit-Out projects
- Responsibilities: Site work coordination, works inspection, project administration, tendering, material submission, client meetings.
- $15K+. Bonus, medical, allowance.
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Building Studies or related disciplinef
- 1-5 years project coordination experience gained with contractors.
- Familiar with building works - A&A / Renovation / Maintenance / Fit-Out / New Works
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
