Responsibilities

  • Develop digital/eCom/CRM programs and activities to raise brand awareness, build consumer loyalty and achieves sales and quality target
  • Coordinate with agency and/or other vendor to prepare marketing materials and implement promotions via eDM, e-Commerce, Facebook, Instagram, brand website etc.
  • Manage eCom and CRM platform to ensure the success of all deliverables and handling communication with CS/Shop/Corp team
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and implement strategies for optimization
  • Explore and review latest digital trend/technology to achieve high efficiency
  • Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Business Admin/Marketing/eCom or related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Ability to handle multi-task, self-motivated, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal & numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application(especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
