Project Coordinator
Office of the Faculty of Arts

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate the promotion of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
  • To coordinate the production of promotional materials
  • To coordinate the interview and write articles in both Chinese and English for a social media campaign titled ‘Arts Stories’
  • To coordinate the outreach activities
  • To manage the social media and website of the Faculty
  • To provide on-site support to the events
  • To perform other assigned duties

 

Requirements

  • A recognized Degree or an equivalent qualification
  • At least two years’ full-time relevant work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • High proficiency in graphic design, social media and webpage applications would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in photo shooting, video recording, HTML and CSS for website development would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

 

Salary and Benefits

Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund.
