They are looking for several positions for their HK / Macau interior fit out and construction projects :

1 , Senior / Site Supervisor x 2 Posts ( 1-4 yrs exp. )
2 , Senior / Project Coordinator x 2 Posts ( 5-8 yrs exp. )
3, Assistant / Project Manager x 2 Posts ( Interior Fitting out / A&A )
4, Senior Project Manager

Diploma or above in interior design or related disciplines

2-15 years solid experience in Retail, Office, Hotel or Residential site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required

Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget, quotation, tender process and Site supervision

Managing , scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants

Liaising with customers, contractors and landlords

Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing

Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage

Competent in Autocad, 3D Viz , Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
