Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building renovation projects and maintenance works;

 

  • Assist the Property Manager to coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure that specifications, work procedures, schedule and quality in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements;

 

  • Provide technical supports to Property Manager with respect to building renovation projects and maintenance works and advising technical comments;

 

  • Site supervision to ensure works have been carried out according to schedules and specifications;

 

  • Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;

 

  • Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments;

 

  • Conduct property market research, monitor, report and analyze industry trends on market intelligence;

 

  • Prepare reports to senior management; and

 

  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building Surveying, Building Services or other related disciplines;

 

  • At least 3 years’ working experience in related field, project management and construction supervisory experience in overseeing large-scale residential, commercial and retail development projects;

 

  • Professional qualifications such as MHKIS/ MRICS is an advantage;

 

  • Result-driven, flexible with excellent communication skills;

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external internal departments and external parties;

 

  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc, knowledge of using AutoCAD is an advantage; and

 

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
