Project Coordinator (Facilities Management)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assure projects are delivered on plan and with minimum disruption to client
  • Coordinate move and churn activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders or consultants for the design of project works
  • Monitor and supervise project works
  • Update floor plan and layout when necessary
  • Carry out and report space utilization
  • Monitor and coordinate defect rectification
  • Report project progress and closure

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in building studies or related field
  • At least 2 years relevant project management experience
  • Experience in mail room operation or office administration
  • Strong PC literacy and use of facilities management technology such as IWMS, Microsoft Project
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Good spoken Chinese and English
