The Job
- Client: An Engineering Consultant in Asset Management and Construction Management
- Position: Project Director
- Projects: Mixed-use developments; Resort & Villa development, Retail, Commercial & Hotel fit-out, etc.
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the Executive Director and lead the project teams in HK & China. Manage the complete project cycle from design to construction to ensure project execution within budget and time constraints.
- $120K-180K. 5-day, medical, incentive.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Architect / Surveying / Engineering discipline
- Professional qualification; HKIA, HKIS, HKIE or equivalent
- Min. 15 years experience for building construction projects.
- Strong technical experience in managing the complete project cycle
- Familiar with both HK and China construction practice.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Occasional travel
