Job Duties:
- Handle general enquiries & complaints from internal & external customers
- Manage and control the projects - to assure tests arranged correctly and reports issued on time
- Maintain clients and improve clients' retention rate
- Prepare checklist & generate test reports
- Provide technical support to sales colleague
- Performs ad-hoc assignment as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Chemistry or related disciplines
- Min. 1 year relevant experience in 3rd chemical laboratories
- Familiar with chemical testing requirement of products types for E&E product, food contact article & furniture etc.
- Experience with chemical test in ROHS, REACH (SVHC TEST) and food grade test (LFGB, FDA) is preferred
- Good understanding in quality and work flow in chemical laboratories
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
