Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating international events, exhibitions and tender projects
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including suppliers, organizers, working partners to conduct routine and ad-hoc works to ensure smooth operation of events, exhibitions and tender projects
  • Coordinate with clients on design and production for events, exhibitions & tender projects
  • Prepare quotation & tender, site visit & measurement, setup planning, on site installation supervision
  • Control the cost and compile the budget for each project

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' relevant experience and knowledge in Event and Exhibition fields
  • A strong team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated with good design sense
  • Occasional work in China is required
  • Less experience will be considered as “Project Assistant”
