Job Overview

The Project Executive isexpected to be able to handle small travel groups (around 60PAX) with minimal supervision. He/she is expected to take up a major operational role to execute a large scale project (100PAX or above) under the supervision of a Project Manager or a Project Director.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage group/individual booking of air tickets, hotel accommodation, restaurants and transportation.
  • Manage registration process for mass groups.
  • Manage and execute basic production for gala dinner and basic branding within itinerary.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers in relation to the above matters on a day-to-day basis.
  • Build up good relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • Able to handle group up to 60PAX with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Tertiary Diploma or Degree is required.
  • 2 years of work experience inthe hospitality industry or event-related industry is required.
  • Strong communication skills (both orally and in writing)in English and Cantonese, additional languages such as Mandarin and Japanese and other languagesisa plus.
  • Experience in using airline reservation system (Sabre) and XML PowerSuite System is a plus.
