Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Local and Regional Supply Chain Projects by leveraging best practices in terms of time, cost and quality. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
  • Ensure coordination of all activities during a project cycle through documentation of detailed project plans and material procurement, database management, dissemination of meeting minutes and developing a comprehensive workflow process
  • Develop proposals and assist & learn how to calculate business cases (Profit & Loss calculation) for Senior Management to sign off
  • Manage communication with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process and project implementation phase
  • Measure project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management.
  • Take on other projects with internal departments and outside vendors and ensure the timely completion of these projects

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management Studies or Supply Chain or Engineering
  • At least 1 year of working experience in project management (fresh graduate also welcome)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Putonghua
  • More experience will be consider as a Senior Officer.
