Responsibilities

  • Project management from acquisition to execution, including the plan, executive and manage the manpower, resources and scope of project.
  • Formulate clear and achievable objective and thoroughly follow until completion of the projects.
  • Collection and analysis of customer requirement, functional/operation requirements and design specification, in order to preparing quotation / contract as well as purchase order to supplier.
  • Risk assessment and deriving mitigation measure. Oversee the scheduling, budgetary cost, coordination and implementation of products and services for assigned customer accounts.
  • Ensure effective communications and successful execution of customer program by cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure project delivery on time and smooth.

 

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Business, Management, and/or Engineering and/or Computer Science discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling, engineering, development on commercial activities, preferably in banking system industry, consumer electronic industry, logistic solution or IT industry.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active to tackle issues, willing to learn, able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Travel to overseas is needed.
